UTPA and the Arabic Language & Culture Club present a magical night at Albasha with exotic foods, dancing, music, hookahs, and more.
Our cuisines are filled with exotic flavors from the Middle East and North Africa.
Our 6 course menu includes:
Appetiziers:
Hummus, Babaganoush, Tabouli and Flavored Olives
Prestarert:
Moroccan Harira Soup (simmered in North African Spices)
Entrees:
Served with Albasha rice and (Choose two) Beef Kabob, Chicken Kabob, Beef Tajin, and Chicken Tajin
Pastry & Drink:
Choose one, Baklava or Albasha Cake AND Choose one, Moroccan Tea or Turkish Cofee
Dinner Meal Price:
$40 per Person OR $25 for UTPA students (with student ID)
All proceeds will benefit UTPA students strudying abroad which include cross cultural and leadership training.
