A Touch of Frost — Valley Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert

The Valley Symphony holiday tradition continues! The VSO Holiday Brass is joined by VSO harpist Delaine Leonard for a concert featuring holiday selections that reflect the beauty and tradition of the season. The Holiday Brass will perform favorites such as Sleigh Ride, Feliz Navidad, and Let It Snow, as well as Jan Koetsier’s soaring Brass Quintet, Op. 65. Harpist Leonard performs Benjamin Britten’s Interlude from A Ceremony of Carols and more.

The VSO Holiday Brass consists of Jared Broussard (trumpet), Bryan Morrel (trumpet), Barbara Keller (French horn), Benjamin Coy (trombone), and Scott Roeder (tuba). They will be joined by Delaine Leonard (harp) and Jorge Peña (percussion). The concert will premiere on December 18 at 7:00 pm on Facebook and December 20 at 11:00 am on KRGV – Channel 5.
