• Booth spaces are limited and assigned upon approval.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup materials.
• Tents must be properly weighted for safety.
• Setup and breakdown times will be provided upon acceptance.
• Food vendors must comply with all City of McAllen health and permit requirements.
