The largest illuminated holiday parade in Texas will happen THIS WEEKEND! With celebrity appearances and meet-and-greets, there is so much to look forward to with family! Aside from the parade, there are also other events leading up to it that you will definitely enjoy.
Thursday, November 29th from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
With all of your favorite foods, rides, music and a whole lot of fun, how can you resist the carnival? Take your kids out for a great time! All-you-can-ride tickets are being sold at the McAllen Community Center and all McAllen ISD Schools.
Friday, November 30th from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturday, December 1st from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Come out and enjoy some live entertainment from the Jimmy Gonzalez Band and Jaime y los Chamacos on Friday and Grupo Estruendo and La Sonora Dinamita de Anaidita on Saturday.

Special guests for the parade include several legends from the Dallas Cowboys along with their cheerleaders and mascot, Rowdy. In addition, Anthony Gonzalez (voice of Miguel from Disney Pixar’s Coco) will be on the list of celebrity appearances.
Saturday, December 1st from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Sunday, December 2nd from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
This year marks the 46th anniversary of the Rio Grande Valley Ballet’s The Nutcracker! This fascinating show is guaranteed to entertain and inspire people of all ages! Come out and experience McAllen’s longest-running show!
