Valley Symphony Orchestra (VSO) presents “A Touch of Frost,” sponsored by Frost Bank. Let Christmas and winter music warm your hearts on December 10, 2021, at the McAllen Performing Arts Center. This annual holiday concert begins at 8 P.M., promptly.
